Create an ADHD-friendly routine chart that is easier to start and follow

Break a routine into small steps, make the first one obvious, and print it as a task breakdown, Start / Doing / Done board, wall chart, cards and a weekly tracker.

We restored your last routine.

Becomes the chart title, like “Milo's Morning Launch”.

Good to know

Every child is different
These are practical starting points, not a program. Adapt the steps and the amount on the page together with your child, family, teacher or the professional who knows them.
Why small steps?
Getting started is often the hardest part. One clear first step, a checkbox to tick and the next step already visible make a routine easier to begin and easier to finish.
How does the Start / Doing / Done board help?
Only one card sits under START, so it is obvious what to do now. Moving it to DOING and then DONE makes progress visible without anyone keeping score.
What about the reward tracker?
It is optional. Some families like a weekly view of what got done; if it adds pressure, leave it out of the kit.
