Each card is 2½ × 2½ inches (6.4 cm).

Cut out the board. Attach hook-and-loop dots, such as Velcro® dots, inside each pocket and on the back of every card; the cards are the same size as the Task Cards.
How this format works
Show the current activity and what comes next.
Task 1 sits under FIRST and task 2 under THEN. The cards on the following pages stick to the two pockets with hook-and-loop dots, such as Velcro® dots.

- How do teachers use the cards?
- Print the Task Cards on card stock, cut along the lines, laminate them, and add hook-and-loop dots or magnets. Then rearrange the day on a strip or the board whenever the schedule changes.
- What about a changed or shortened day?
- Add a “Schedule change” card from Quick add, or simply move and remove cards. The wall chart is the plan; the cards are what you adjust on the day.
- Can I keep the schedule short?
- Yes. Twelve activities fit one page as a wall chart. For a half day, delete what you don’t need; for a longer list the chart continues on a second page.
- What are the suggestions?
- Common parts of an elementary school day with matching pictures, grouped so they are quick to find. Tap one to add it, then rename it in your own words.
