Good to know

How do teachers use the cards?
Print the Task Cards on card stock, cut along the lines, laminate them, and add hook-and-loop dots or magnets. Then rearrange the day on a strip or the board whenever the schedule changes.
What about a changed or shortened day?
Add a “Schedule change” card from Quick add, or simply move and remove cards. The wall chart is the plan; the cards are what you adjust on the day.
Can I keep the schedule short?
Yes. Twelve activities fit one page as a wall chart. For a half day, delete what you don’t need; for a longer list the chart continues on a second page.
What are the suggestions?
Common parts of an elementary school day with matching pictures, grouped so they are quick to find. Tap one to add it, then rename it in your own words.
