Create a homeschool schedule that fits your family’s day
Start from a traditional, flexible or loop schedule, arrange your subjects into blocks with the breaks you actually take, and print a homeschool daily schedule that looks like a planner, not a chore chart.
We restored your last routine.
Name it however you like. Blank keeps “Homeschool Schedule”.

How this format works
Your homeschool day as a planner page — timed, in flexible blocks or as a loop, set by your starting point.
- Keep it on the table or a clipboard
A traditional day shows start and end times; flexible blocks are numbered so they can happen in any order; a loop schedule continues with the next subject each day, picking up where you stopped.
- Cut along dashed lines
How this format works
Subject cards to lay out the day in whatever order it happens.
One card per task, all the same size. Cut along the dashed lines.
- Cut out the cards
Each card is 2½ × 2½ inches (6.4 cm).
Homeschool Schedule — to do / finished
Cut out the board. Add hook-and-loop dots, such as Velcro® dots, on each small circle and on the back of every card. All cards start under TO DO; move each card to FINISHED when the task is done.
How this format works
Move each subject to Finished as the day goes on.
- Cut out the board and the cards
- Add hook-and-loop dots to the dot marks and the back of each card
- Start every card under TO DO
All cards start under TO DO. When a task is finished, move its card to FINISHED so what is left is always easy to see.

Learn about ProGood to know
- Traditional, flexible or loop?
- Pick the starting point that matches how you plan. A traditional day shows start and end times. Flexible blocks keep an order but no fixed times, so the day can shift. A loop schedule works through the subjects in sequence and picks up tomorrow where today stopped.
- How many blocks fit?
- Ten blocks fit one planner page; longer days continue on a second page. Most families keep core subjects short and leave room for breaks and independent work.
- Can I plan for more than one child?
- Yes — download this schedule, then change the title and blocks and download again. Each download is a fresh PDF, and your current draft stays saved in this browser.
- What are the categories for?
- Core, enrichment, independent work, breaks and meals each get their own colour strip, so a glance shows the shape of the day. Categories are optional.
