Create a potty training chart your child can fill with stickers

Print a sticker chart with room for lots of tries, plus a short picture sequence for beside the potty.

We restored your last routine.

Becomes the chart title, like “Milo's Potty Chart”.

What earns a sticker. Left empty, no goal line prints.

How many blank spaces print, 1 to 20. Not a number of potty visits.

Shown on the reward tracker and at the foot of a sticker chart. Left empty, it does not print.

How this format works

One goal line and up to twenty large spaces for stickers, stamps or a pencil mark. No days and no deadline.

  1. Print
  2. Put it somewhere your child can reach

Fill a space with whatever you have: a sticker, a stamp, a smiley face. The goal line, the reward line and how many spaces print are yours to choose.

Good to know

How many sticker spaces are there?
Twenty to start with, and you can print anywhere from one to twenty. It is a layout choice that leaves room for plenty of tries, not a target to reach or a number of visits to aim for.
What goes in the spaces?
Whatever you have: stickers, stamps, a smiley face or a pencil mark. The spaces are large, so small hands can fill one without staying inside a tiny box.
What is the goal line for?
It says what earns a sticker, in your own words. It starts as “I practiced sitting on the potty.” so that trying counts, and you can change it to whatever fits your child right now.
Do I need both printables?
Only if they help. Many families tape the potty steps beside the potty and keep the sticker chart nearby. A chart is one small support, not a training programme.
